Qualifications :
- Serve as the primary point of contact to receive review and electronically log customer print and document jobs
- Perform document assembly finishing and preparation according to customer requirements
- Operate office and production equipment including printers copiers scanners fax machines cutters laminators hole punchers inserters and folding equipment
- Operate high-volume printers copiers and mail processing equipment as required
- Inspect files for potential issues such as fonts image resolution and formatting before production
- Integrate variable data files into templates and perform basic file/document conversions using standard software
- Wrap pack label and ship finished products
- Track store and back up customer jobs for future reuse
- Perform quality checks before during and after each production run
- Estimate schedule and track incoming production jobs
- Apply asset tags to office equipment and update asset databases
- Track coordinate and support moves adds or changes of office equipment at customer sites
- Clean and perform basic operator maintenance on office and production equipment
- Collect and submit meter reads and maintain billing and reporting logs
- Monitor equipment performance and contact service personnel as needed using PC-based applications
- Maintain supply inventory and distribute supplies as required
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes and maintain logs for billing
- Sort scan and index hardcopy materials for print or digital use
- Provide minimal training to customer end-users on equipment operation
- Assist in developing basic work processes or templates when needed
- Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong computer skills with functional knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) including:
- Creating spreadsheets
- Using standard formulas
- Sorting filtering and creating charts/graphs
- Importing/exporting data
- Embedding files and moving data between Word and Excel
