Job Summary

Be a part of a team that works with internal external and user-facing products and services;
Working collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues;
Working together with the enablement team to create and update training materials for users/groups;
Creating documentation maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continue improve currently existing processes;
Own your deliverables from start to finish;
Deliver high-quality solutions;
Participate in high-level technical decisions.
Qualifications :
An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude;
6 months of relevant experience as Salesforce Administrator;
Past experience writing documentation and Importing/Updating/Exporting large datasets using Salesforce DataLoader;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as: Administrator Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.
