Job Summary
As the General Manager of our Driggs ID location you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced high-volume store in one of the most scenic mountain towns in the country. Youll oversee daily operations coach and develop your team manage inventory and costs and deliver exceptional service every single shift.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability enjoys mentoring others and isnt afraid to hustle alongside their crew.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers Drivers and CSRs
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage labor food costs inventory and cash handling with accuracy
Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
Ensure the store is clean organized and compliant with Dominos brand standards
Oversee scheduling hiring training and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive and energetic store culture
Qualifications :
Requirements
1 year experience as a Dominos GM or equivalent QSR/general management experience
Proven track record managing labor food cost and service metrics
Strong leadership communication and people development skills
Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on in the store
