Job Summary
- Job Title: Head of Food Assurance
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Fully remote UK travel required (Office Oldbury)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: Up to 70000 pa DOE
- Industry: Business Assurance
Overview of the role
- To develop the strategy of growth for the UK Food Assurance business and then execute the plan to deliver business targets of growth based upon key business commercial strategies
- Utilise your extensive network and understanding of the UK Food market
- To lead the UK Food & Farm Assurance teams to commercial and operational success
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to encourage cross selling services
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced commercially focussed food industry professional to lead and drive our Food Assurance business in the UK. If you are from a UK based food retailer supermarket or major food manufacturing business then we want to hear from you!
You will also have the following:
- Degree in food science or related field
- Full driving licence for use in the UK
- Experience in commercially defining and executing UK Food growth strategies
- Experience in leading teams both technical and operational
