Job Summary
- Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura del hotel.
- Ejecuta reparaciones generales en electricidad plomería pintura carpintería y albañilería.
- Garantiza el óptimo estado de habitaciones áreas públicas y sistemas operativos.
- Realiza inspecciones de sistemas críticos para asegurar su funcionamiento seguro.
- Gestiona y cierra tickets de mantenimiento en el sistema operativo del hotel.
- Apoya en tareas adicionales del área de mantenimiento según necesidades operativas.
Qualifications :
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento hotelero.
- Conocimientos en electricidad plomería pintura y reparaciones generales.
- Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.
- Enfoque en estándares de calidad seguridad y servicio de hotel de lujo.
