Main Accountabilities
1. Implement coordinate and/or manage safety programs claims management and/or compliance with government regulatory agencies and corporate operating procedures.
2. Coordinate safety and corporate loss control initiatives at multi-site locations.
3. Ensure that procedures rules and local standards are applied which may include onsite visits.
4. Provide leadership mentoring and guidance to associates engaged in safety and accident prevention activities.
5. Conduct investigations for all incidents near misses and Preventable Vehicle Accidents (PVAs)

Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: Individual contributor
Scope: Responsible for multiple countries requiring more knowledge about the different regulations.
Decision Making / Activity:
- Accountable to stakeholders other than the MD eg facility managers
- Contribute to delivering the strategy and priorities
- Complexity of operations (in terms of regulatory agencies permitting and ISO certifications): Complex & mid to high regulatory demands
- Need guidance and direction on a quarterly basis.
