Job Summary

Essential Job Functions:
Keep a positive attitude and a smiling charismatic attitude
Maintain cash board on all transactions.
Receive payments and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a professional appearance and keep the work area tidy.
Assist with clerical duties as requested.
Calling clients upon completion of vehicle when ready for pick up.
Maintain and track keys and locations.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Computer experience and data entry skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition subtraction multiplication and division using whole numbers fractions and decimals.
Ability to read and write simple instructions comprehend short correspondence and memos.
Ability to apply common sense to carry out written oral or diagrammatic instructions.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to stand walk and lift/move up to 30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Job Requirements:
Valid Drivers License.
