At The Door Talent we are building something different a modern high-performance recruitment agency working across key sectors such as Healthcare Engineering and Renewable Energy.
We are now looking for a Freelance Recruiter based in Ireland to join us remotely and play a key role in our expansion.
The Role
This is not a typical recruitment job.
You will be fully responsible for building and managing your own desk combining business development and candidate delivery.
- 60% Business Development (client acquisition & relationship building)
- 40% Candidate management (sourcing interviewing closing)
- Managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
- Developing your own market within your chosen sector
- Building long-term client partnerships
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience or strong interest in Business Development
- Ideally exposure to Healthcare Engineering or Renewables (not essential)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- English native
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move away from a rigid structure and take control of their own success.
