Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITY职责
1.负责门窗新产品设计把关及产品认证工作
2.负责非标门/防火门/防盗门/特异性门等定制产品开发设计工艺设备优化改进工作
3.负责系统门窗智能门窗特种门窗技术支持及相关认证工作
4.主导完成重大工艺技术改进包括但不限与产品结构改进设备技改自动化改进以及产线布局改善
5.主持公司技术资质申报及管理工作
6.推动专利申请技术成果转化与知识产权布局
7.处理生产异常提供技术支持和解决方案
8.负责参加国家及行业相关标准制定及产品合规管理工作
9.遵守PPCD的EHS环境健康和安全规定
REQUIREMENTS要求
1.机械设计相关专业本科以上学历10年以上门窗锁结构设计经验
2.精通Solidworks/Creo/AutoCAD等设计工具熟悉冲压注塑压铸等工艺及行业标准
3.具备强烈的项目管理意识熟练掌握常用项目管理工具如MSProjectJiraPDM/PLM系统能有效规划任务管理进度和控制风险.
4.出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力能够清晰地进行技术阐述和辩论具备以数据驱动决策的能力
5.具备解决复杂技术问题的结构化思维和推动力能领导团队攻克技术难关
6.熟悉行业主流技术和结构设计方式有大型门企技术负责人经历者优先
7.熟悉GAGB/TGBULEN等国内外标准体系
