Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our team in Elkhart Indiana. This role supports our manufacturing operations assisting in the production and assembly of metal components and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools to assist in the fabrication of products.
- Load and unload raw materials metal sheets and finished products onto workstations or storage areas.
- Support the operation of fiber laser cutters and other equipment by preparing materials and monitoring production processes.
- Perform general assembly tasks including installing hardware on windows doors and access panels.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy adhering to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety guidelines.
- Assist in packaging and preparing items for shipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable with standing bending and physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn machine operation and other millwork tasks.
- Ability to work in a noisy dusty environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
