W2 from day one full benefits and a seat available for both experienced drivers and recent CDL graduates.

COMPENSATION

Employment Type: Full-time W2
CPM: $0.43 $0.61 based on verifiable experience
Weekly Pay: $1300 $1500 average
Annual Salary: $67000 $85000
Weekly Miles: Approximately 2200 average
Orientation: Paid travel and hotel provided

HOME TIME

Home every other week for a 34/48-hour reset

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Valid Class A CDL required to enter
Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school
Training format: OTR for 4 to 6 weeks with assigned mentor
Training pay: $650.00 per week throughout training period

QUALIFICATIONS

21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
6 months verifiable experience or recent CDL A School graduate
No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents on record
Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
No more than 2 preventable incidents
Must not have been terminated from last position due to safety concerns
Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years
