Job Summary
Job Title: IT Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys IT infrastructure ensuring that our systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the IT team to provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise as well as implement new technology solutions to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the companys IT systems and networks including hardware software and servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to daily operations
- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other hardware devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions ensuring data security and access control
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for new systems and upgrades
- Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and hardware systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
