Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a PRNPhlebotomistto join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Centerlocated inPinckneyville Illinois.
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood checking vital signs finger stick blood sugars and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Schedule: PRN
Qualifications- Completed a certified phlebotomy training program
- Be a high school graduate or hold a GED
- At least one year of experience working as a Phlebotomist preferred
- Experience working in corrections/behavioral health preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
