Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in caretaking facilities management or a practical role

Be proactive reliable and able to work independently
Have a good understanding of health and safety regulations
Be a team player with effective communication skills
Be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as required
