As part of the People team you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area while maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team.

Your Challenge

You will play a key role in the execution of all labor and HR administrative tasks across the two legal entities LK Style (Santurtzi warehouse) and LK Tech (offices). Responsibilities include:

• Employee Lifecycle Operations: Coordinate onboarding offboarding role changes leaves and absences for both entities.
• HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records update HR systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Employee Support: Act as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers answering queries and providing guidance on policies contracts and labor regulations.
• Payroll & Social Security: Execute payroll cycles manage social security reporting settlements and accident/incapacity reporting.
• Works Committee: Relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee
• Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; monitor mandatory training and documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow efficiencies and support automation initiatives to optimize HR operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance IT and Works Committee on HR and Labor matters.

What Will Make You Succeed

• Degree in Law Labour Relations Administration HR or similar.
• Familiar with Spanish labor law HR compliance and payroll-related processes.
• Minimum 2 years experience in payroll and social security management.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is a plus.
• Experience with FOKE payroll software is a plus.
• Own car for commuting to Santurtzi.
