The Program Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Kohls Center for Retailing by supporting experiential learning and corporate engagement initiatives that connect students with real-world industry opportunities
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Programming and the Executive Director this position coordinates employer engagement events supports student programming and manages thelogisticsthat bring high-impact learning experiences to life. The role serves as a primary point of contact for students and industry partners helping ensure strong relationships and seamless program execution.Thisrole alsocollaborates across the School of Human Ecology andcampusincluding but not limited toadvising and career services teaching faculty and WFAA colleagues.
This position also tracks engagement data evaluates program effectiveness and contributes to continuous improvement efforts to align programming with student needs and evolving industry expectations
