Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Metal Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience achieving #4 and mirror surface finishes and be skilled in operating various grinding and polishing equipment. This role requires attention to detail consistency and the ability to meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform metal polishing to achieve 4 and mirror finishes on stainless steel and other metals

Operate grinding and polishing machinery safely and efficiently

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Remove surface defects such as scratches weld marks and imperfections

Follow work instructions blueprints and specifications

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Adhere to safety protocols and workplace procedures

Meet production deadlines and maintain consistent output
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in metal polishing
-
Strong experience with 4 finish and mirror finish
-
Hands-on experience with grinders and polishing machines
-
Ability to read and follow basic drawings or instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling materials
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with stainless steel fabrication

Familiarity with different polishing compounds and techniques

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
