Job Summary
IAM Engineer (Build & Automate Layer)
Location: Orlando FL (Hybrid Onsite required) Commutable to Orlando only.
Duration: 1-Year Contract (W2 Only)
Job Summary
- Build integrate and automate enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Turn architecture policy and design patterns into automated production-ready controls.
- Implement SailPoint connectors AD/Entra provisioning logic and workflow automation (including JML exceptions and emergency disable processes).
- Build and manage dynamic groups transforms and rules within IAM platforms.
- Integrate HR/non-employee source systems PAM solutions SIEM platforms and ticketing systems with IAM infrastructure.
- Automate processes such as identity refresh cycles exception expirations and provisioning error handling/recovery.
- Support lower/non-production environments and participate in system testing and validation.
- Maintain ownership of code quality configuration and version management across all environments.
- Apply CI/CD concepts and environment promotion strategies to IAM solutions.
- Monitor log and troubleshoot IAM workloads for high reliability and performance.
- Ensure automation follows best practices for repeatability predictability no duplication and error-free execution.
- Collaborate independently to deliver high-quality reliable automation in a complex IAM environment.
