Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Test Analyst to join the Vehicle Invoicing NSC team.

This product group is responsible for designing and implementing standardized processes and systems for vehicle invoicing across global subsidiaries. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of document and data creation for sales and financial partners worldwide.

The Mission: You will support the quality assurance lifecycle for global vehicle invoicing systems. Your role involves executing functional tests assisting with automated test integration and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain process consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoicing data meets strict business and technical requirements before and after system go-lives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Minimum of a relevant IT degree or a BCom in Accounting or Information Systems.
Certification: ISTQB Foundation level certification is required.
Experience: 2-4 years of combined experience in business analysis testing or test automation. (Entry-level candidates with strong exposure to automation will also be considered).

Essential Skills (Verified):

Practical experience in test case design test planning and test execution.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance processes especially Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
Ability to create and maintain test scripts and test data.
Experience with defect identification and documentation in JIRA (Xray preferred).
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with business counterparts and testers.
Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
Ability to run manual and automated tests and analyze test protocols.
Basic knowledge of test automation integration into build and deploy pipelines (CI/CD).
Willingness to learn and follow documented test automation processes and continuously update them.

Advantageous Skills:

ISTQB Foundation (or higher) certification.
Tricentis Tosca certification.
Experience with HP ALM or other test management tools.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or exposure to SAP module configuration.
Knowledge of integration concepts like IDocs and RFCs.
Experience using Confluence for documentation.
Basic SQL or database knowledge (e.g. Postgres).
German language skills (advantageous).
Familiarity with EAI or OpenText (advantageous).
Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and execute manual and automated test cases for SAP-based finance processes.
Create and maintain test scripts and test data using Tosca for automation.
Identify document and track defects in JIRA/Xray and coordinate resolution with development and business teams.
Participate in test planning and assist Test Manager with test coordination activities.
Execute unit integration and system tests and analyse test protocols to define actions.
Support the improvement and documentation of test automation processes and frameworks.
Work with business users to gather test data requirements and prepare data extracts for testing.
Assist with knowledge transfer and training of colleagues on test automation practices.
Support go-live preparations stabilization and post-go-live testing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency and improvements.
Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and disposable test environments.
Maintain up-to-date functional and testing documentation in Confluence or similar tools.
