Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of IT experience with relevant experience working in Functional/Automation Testing Project.
Experience in Agentic AI is desired skill
Experience in IVR Testing testing and Cyara Automation
Experience in writing DB queries preferably for Oracle
Experience in validating SOAP and REST based services.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.
Experience in working in Agile projects
Business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable.
Experience with ALM or any other Test Management Tool
Should be able to work independently and complete the given work without much support
