We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze existing systems identify areas for improvement and work closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business teams to gather and document system requirements.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for enhancement.
Design and recommend technical solutions to meet business objectives.
Prepare detailed specifications workflows and documentation for development teams.
Coordinate with developers QA and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and support implementation.
Ensure systems meet security compliance and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
