Title : CyberArk EPM SME
Location : Berkley Heights NJ/Omaha NE/ Frisco TX(Candidate must be available to work from nay one of the locations)
The CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for implementing configuring and supporting CyberArk EPM across Windows and Linux server environments.
The role works closely with the Engineering and PAM teams to remove local administrative privileges implement least-privilege access analyze telemetry and ensure a successful rollout and steady-state operation.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for Fiserv for all in-scope CyberArk EPM project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map CyberArk EPM policies to endpoint and server sets (Windows & Linux).
- Configure policies to remove local administrator/root privileges on servers.
- Support creation and tuning of elevation threat detection and application control policies.
- Assist with downloading installing and validating CyberArk EPM agents on target servers.
- Support the Fiserv PAM team in defining and executing the EPM rollout plan.
- Troubleshoot issues related to policy enforcement and EPM agents during rollout and operations.
- Analyze CyberArk telemetry dashboards and reports to identify risks trends and optimization opportunities.
- Audit policy status and demonstrate dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
- Share telemetry insights and recommendations with Fiserv engineering teams.
- Create and maintain EPM documentation including policies runbooks and deployment guides.
- Act as the primary coordination and communication point for Fiserv on EPM-related activities.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
- Expertise in privilege removal least-privilege access and application control.
- Experience supporting CyberArk EPM in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work closely with enterprise engineering and security teams.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
