Knowledge of the fundamentals and strategies of competitive high school basketball; ability to teach and develop players. Solid communication skills. One who can establish positive relations with student-athletes parents and coaching staff. Help build up numbers of participants through connections with the youth program and other programs at the high school.
The coach shall have completed the annual online required trainings as well as other West Linn-Wilsonville employment requirements.
