About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Finance Associate Director / Senior Manager to join product finance and based in Singapore. The role will partner with product strategy and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency deliver data-driven financial insights and support our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate is expected to excel in fast-paced and high pressure environments possess a solid accounting background and be passionate about utilizing systematic solutions and AI to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement system solutions to support product and commercial margin analysis delivering actionable insights and issues investigation.
Support new product launches by defining data and accounting requirements for both financial and management reporting and monitoring ongoing data quality and issues resolution.
Collaborate with finance platforms and product teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives.
Ambitious in systematic and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational excellence meticulously in project planning and track till finish.
Lead mentor and inspire team members building a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Address complex product and finance issues with attention to detail providing well-informed and professional solutions.
Uphold the accuracy and integrity of financial data and documentation.
Work efficiently under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Robust accounting knowledge; familiar with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
Proven experience driving the adoption of systematic or AI-driven solutions in a finance context.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly both verbally and in writing in both English and Chinese.
Strong data analysis and programming skills are preferred.
