Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65$140/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data.
- Adapt to varying workloads while maintaining high standards in question design.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4 years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
- Be based in the US UK or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).
Compensation & Legal
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an at-will contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
