Ourteam offers comprehensive commercial and strategic guidance to organizations addressing a wide spectrum of workplace matters ranging from the recruitment process to retirement planning. Our esteemed clientele encompasses both prominent domestic companies and multinational corporations.
The Role
We are now looking to further grow the team by adding a further experienced senior is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join an industry leading practice in a top tier firm with an enviable client base. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical essence and also be someone driven and motivated with aspirations towards partnership.
Duties will include:
Advising on all aspects of Irish employment law.
Managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advising on commercial issues involving in particular agency and outsourcing contracts.
Managing employment related litigation both before the WRC and the civil courts.
Advising clients on strategic HR issues including absence management performance management disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment restructuring and redundancies dismissals.
Managing client relationships and client development.
Leading managing and training associates and other team members.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.
4 years PQE with specific experience in management side employment legal advisory work and employment litigation.
Strong focus on client services and the ability to a manage multiple clients.
Be pro-active working collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills.
