Your role:行政与团队支持
- 协助部门日常行政事务包括差旅安排会议协调团队建设活动的组织与执行以及部门文具的采购与管理
- 协助准备会议资料整理会议纪要并跟进相关事项的落实
- 国外访客的接待和协调
- 新员工入职支持协助IGTS新员工完成入职流程熟悉公司环境工作流程及相关系统的操作
物料与样品管理
- 协助部门进行样品耗材及相关物料的采购申请与跟进保障研发项目顺利进行
- 协助管理实验室物资的出入库维护物品台账
变更管理支持
- 支持CMT变更管理流程协助申请及维护相关系统和实验室的访问权限
- 协助整理归档相关变更管理文件
研发项目支持
- 参与IGTS敏捷开发流程协助PO产品负责人和SM敏捷教练对项目进行跟踪与管理
- 协助研发工程师进行实验测试数据收集及初步分析
- 参与产品开发验证及改进过程协助撰写技术文档和报告
其他临时任务
- 完成上级分配的其他工作任务积极配合团队工作
Youre the right fit if:
- 本科及以上学历理工科背景如电子机械生物医学工程等
- 每周可实习4天及以上实习期不少于6个月
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神工作细致认真责任心强
- 熟练使用Office办公软件具备一定的英文读写能力
- 有实验室项目助理或行政支持相关经验者优先
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
