The Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting applications for an instructional facilitator/magnet coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year effective immediately at Arkansas Middle School.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must pass a national criminal background check and a background check through the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central registry
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred
Valid Arkansas Teaching License Required
Administrator licensure or progress toward certification preferred.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Deep commitment to TASDs mission vision and colletive commitments.
Strong understanding of adolescent development and behavior
Ability to build relationships and de-escalate conflict effectively.
Skilled in using data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to equity consistency and student success.
Experience:
Three or more years of successful teaching experience.
Experience with PBIS restorative practices or MTSS preferred.
Demonstrated success working with diverse student populations.
The Board may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications.
