What Youll Be Doing
Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to support sand and gravel production.
Load haul trucks feed plant equipment and move materials as needed.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Monitor material quality and communicate any production or safety concerns.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Strong commitment to safe work practices around machinery and pit operations.
Capability to work independently and adapt to changing production needs.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
Reliable communicative individual with attention to detail and situational awareness.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and to climb in and out of machinery safely.
Capability to lift carry push or pull materials and tools as needed for operational and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work on uneven ground in dusty conditions and perform tasks requiring bending reaching or stepping onto elevated surfaces.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
