Our client a major bank in New York City is looking forSenior Project Manager PMO.
This role is hybrid commute ( 2 days per week in NYC Office).
This is 6 months contract with possible extensions or option to hire.
Rate: $110 - 124/h on W2 DOE possible C2C as well.

Program Manager
Job Description:
Seeking a senior Project Manager with up to 15 years of experience to conduct Project Management activities for various banking projects within Operations Technology and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with various departments such as operations technology and compliance for various projects.
- Set-up and coordination of meetings on projects
- Draft project status reports
- Manage project plans for various programs
- Identify Projects Risks and Issues
- Track progress across multiple ongoing projects
- Consolidate status reports and leadership updates
- Track risks issues dependencies and timelines
- Support program governance and reporting
- Facilitate coordination between operations and technology teams
- Knowledge of KYC and regulatory technology project is plus
- Reporting daily scrum development status reports upon IT / Technology project(s) maintenance of the requirements
- Significant experience and track record of support in delivering of major initiatives at large and complex financial programs. This includes project planning and reporting of progress to achieve milestones.
- Bringing to the attention of management if issues related to change in requirements schedules development progress testing and release.
- Deep understanding of various banking functions and technology implementation methodologies
- Strong knowledge and experience in change management controls
- Excellent skills of organizing project management documents
- Excellent management skills including experience at performing across multiple functions & areas.
- Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
- Tolerance and understanding in multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of regulatory project implementation such as KYC is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira and MS Project is a plus
- Bachelor degree required Masters degree is a plus
- Big 6 consulting firm experience is a plus
