As a Senior Specialized Learning Leader you will lead the curriculum strategy across multiple learning portfolios delivering immediate value to our consultingprofessionalsand advancing strategic goals. You willleadcross-functional teamsincluding sponsors SMEs facilitators developers vendors and instructional designersthrough curriculum development initiatives.
You will lead the design and development of learning solutions with agility and strategic focus. Youwill workin fast-paced evolving environmentsandeffectively managemultiple priorities while adapting to change with resilience and a positive mindset.You will use acollaborativeapproach andalign learning initiatives with organizational goalstoensure impact. Youwilloversee complex projects and budgetsmaintainqualityand risk standards and communicate across all levels to elevate learning across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
Partner with senior leaders to assess learning needsrecommendlearningstrategies and lead the design and development oflearningsolutions.
Define learning goals and outcomesthatalign with the businessstrategyand the business and audienceneed.
Ensure progressive skill buildingand continuityacrosslearningportfoliosanddeterminethe right level of focus onorganizational transformation goalsand universal themeswithincurricula.
Lead the design and development of learningsolutionsacross multiple portfolios ensuring they support business goals.
Leadcross-functional teamsincluding designers subject matter experts and stakeholdersthrough the curriculum development process.
Set project direction manage timelines and budgets and ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate across teams and leadership to keep learning initiatives aligned and supported.
Use feedback and data to improve learning programs over time.
Oversee the creation of curriculum that meets the needs of different regions and specialties.
Partnerwith senior leaders to ensure programs are launched successfully and sustained.
Lead strategic planning for learning initiatives and use feedback to refine future efforts.
Partner with business leaders to align learning withorganizationalpriorities.
Driveinnovation in the learning process and in the design and development process.
What Will Help You Be Successful
Demonstratedexpertisein project management with experience overseeing complex high-profile learning projects across multiple portfolios and domains.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Deep subject matter knowledge in one or more portfolio domains (e.g. innovation leadershipdelivery technology).
Proven ability to manage resources and budgetsmonitorquality and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Experience with Learning Management Systems web conferencing platforms course authoring tools and/or other learning technologies.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of instructional design and facilitation best practices.
Ability to lead high-level strategic discussions and align learning strategies with business goals.
Experience managing high-level development teams and coordinating with executive stakeholders.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
10years ofexperience in learning and development.Experience in the consulting/professional services industry is preferred.
Our Hybrid Workplace
