What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking foraSeniorAssociate-Learning Design &Delivery- tojoin ourTalent DevelopmentTeam!

In this role the ideal candidate will have the opportunitytodevelop andmanage technical training curriculaand related materialsthat can support our employees as we scale and will be working in partnership with our SVP of People & Cultureother talent development team memberskeystakeholdersand our leadership team.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Partner with business leaders to design coordinate and support technical training includingonboarding solution architect training certification pathways and progression through certification levels to support career growth and technical excellence.
  • Own the firmwide design delivery and execution of project management training and enablement programs partnering with stakeholders to ensure consistent PM capability development across the organization.
  • Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices to create engaging effective learning experiences
  • Develop curate andmaintaina library of instructor-led training eLearning HR system tutorials user guides job aids and performance support materials
  • Support training operations including schedulinglogistics attendance tracking and measurement of training effectiveness
  • Develop andmaintainsystems metrics and documentation to track key learning KPIs and program outcomes
  • Contribute to training and documentation standards policies and procedures ensuring consistency and quality across learning assets
  • Serve as the primary LMS administrator including content management user support and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Spaulding RidgeTalentDevelopment team to publish andmaintaincontent on internal learning platforms
  • Work in a hybrid model with two days per week in the Chicago office and limited quarterly travel aligned to in-person training needs

Skill & Experience:

  • Experienced in instructional design and strong facilitator/public speaking and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders end-users and other audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience deliveringtraining sessions virtually and in-person; travelexpected up to 10% depending on internal or client needs
  • Experience working in global organizations with geographically dispersed teams as well as dealing with internal and external customers preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inEducation Adult EducationHuman Resourcesor related field isrequiredor equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5years ofexperienceinaTalent Developmentroleorprior experienceintraining facilitationandinstructional design(professional services environment ideal)
  • Microsoft Suiteproficiencyrequired priorDoceboLMS orOpenSesamecontent a plus
  • Articulateor similar eLearning developmentexperiencerequired
  • SharePoint experience preferred
