Job Summary

Bring People Closer through E-commerce

As our Ecommerce Operations Specialist (maternity cover) you will help us deliver on our purpose of Bringing People Closer. Youll join an international open-minded e-commerce team that works closely together to grow our online sales and showcase our products to customers around the world.

The Team Youll Join

You will be part of the Global E-commerce team working with colleagues across regions and time this role you will report to our Ecommerce Director based in Copenhagen Denmark.

What Youll Be Doing

In this role youll be involved in the day-to-day operations of a global e-commerce business. You will play a key part in running our online store and supporting the launch of new initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating product launches and managing the product lifecycle on

Monitoring order flow and inventory levels to ensure a smooth customer experience

Managing promotional activities (on-site campaigns discount codes employee purchase programs etc.)

Monitoring analyzing and reporting on marketing and sales activities

Providing general support and maintenance of our e-commerce store in close collaboration with colleagues across functions

What You Bring

To thrive in this role we imagine you recognize yourself in the following:

Bachelors degree in Online Marketing E-commerce Business Administration or a similar field

Around 34 years of experience in a similar role (including internships or student assistant positions)

Experience with Contentful (or a comparable content management system) and hands-on online shop merchandising including planning configuring and optimizing product and content placements to drive commercial performance

Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a similar e-commerce platform is a plus

Preferably some familiarity with the consumer electronics industry

Solid skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Strong attention to detail with an analytical and task-oriented mindset

Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
