Multiple Positions Available:
and deliver the operational budget for functional area including safety productivity financial and labor planning and operational goals for outbound or inbound operations
for providing strategic level/long-term planning (3 6 and 12 months out) including labor planning rate forecasting and peak season planning
continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; works on strategic projects that have total building and network-wide impact. Effectively leverage the Operations and Area Managers to solicit ideas and understand problems and challenges in the building.

Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
1. 1 year of management experience including a salaried workforce in a manufacturing production distribution or logistics environment.
2. 1 year of experience with performance metrics process improvement and Lean methodologies
3. 1 year of experience in leadership development training
4. 1 year of experience with the full staffing lifecycle including interviewing hiring performance management promotions and terminations.
The pay range for this position in Staten Island NY is $148500/year to $200900/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
