Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Dealership Receptionist at Eide Chrysler St Cloud will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk and managing incoming calls and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage the flow of traffic in the dealership and direct customers to the right personnel
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Evening hours and someSaturday Shifts Required
