We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Asst. Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
- Support HR functions such as onboarding scheduling and employee records
- Track all factory payments IE warranty receivables incentives parts and service accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete end of month accounting reports
- Oversee floorplan audits and floorplan payments
- Assist in overseeing the financial and accounting systems
- Reviewing financial statements ledgers and working with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies
- Train and supervise office personnel
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of proven results in similar role required
- Background in accounting and finance preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team enviroment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite System or the ability to quickly learn
