Description
- Analyzing training needs of managements and/or customer
- Gathering synthesizing and analyzing discussions to derive loosely defined requirements while designing and developing training programs to meet technical training needs and problems
- Planning evaluating organizing and developing training curricula and materials to meet specific training needs
- Reviewing and analyzing Fleet training policy and standards
- Monitoring and recommending changes to organizational and programmatic process and procedures that align to fleet training policy and standards
- Planning developing and delivering instruction and guidance to trainers
- Providing technical guidance for project team
- Organizing coordinating and facilitating training during introduction of new courses
- Maintaining record of training activities and participant progress
- Developing surveys for target audience to assist in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs

Requirements
- 10 or more years of military experience
- Experience in conducting fleet training analyses and developing training required for roles involving instructional design
