Temporary position. Rotating Days/Weekends/Holidays. Day/Evening Shifts ranging 6:00 AM 11:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Resident to:
- Provide evidence-based medication therapy management services.
- Collaborate with other providers to assure drug therapy is safe effective efficient and cost-effective.
- Manage and improve the medication-use process.
- Exercise leadership and practice management skills.

Education
- PharmD degree or equivalent experience Required
Work Experience
- Prior pharmacy related work experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 180 Days if required per role
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 Days if required per role
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days if required per role
