As a Security Officer Outdoor Patrol in Saint Louis MO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and this role you will support a caring culture that puts people first while working with an agile reliable and innovative team that values teamwork and integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Requirements: Proof of HS Diploma/GED 2 years security law enforcement and/or military experience Professional demeanor Computer literacy

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location including the lobby offices exterior areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points observe visitor and employee movement and report suspicious behavior maintenance issues and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support opening and closing activities as assigned remain visible throughout the location and communicate clearly with site contacts coworkers and/or first responders during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
