- Own daily performance and long-term capability of lithography scanner tools to ensure efficiency overlay CD/Focus/Dose stability yield and uptime meet production targets.
- Lead continuous advancement activities and tool selection workflows emphasizing defect decrease and effective process oversight.
- Collaborate closely with Process Production Yield and Facilities teams to ensure flawless execution and integration of projects.
- Strictly monitor and determine efficient performance parameters for lithography tools ensuring alignment with production goals.
