Responsibilities and Tasks
Assistin developing scope of work for the provision of outsourced services provided
Assistin developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works
Support the estimate of annual budgetsfor service contracts building maintenance and minor works
Support andassistanceto engineers for building services project which includes civil and structural works
Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues andparticipateactively in resolving issuespertaining towork areas
Carry out FMS work tasks assigned and close PM/CM work orderin a timely manner
Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers
Ensure andmaintaina high levelof safety standards on all the work supervised to meet company goal in safety
Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established
All team membersare required tocomplete their learning items within the stipulatedtime frame
Requirements:
Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural/ Civil/Electrical/Mechanical discipline.
Experience in building maintenance will beadvantageous
