As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Specialist in Gibbstown NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings operational areas and perimeter zones to help identify unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials when required and document security-related events inspections and/or incidents in assigned reports.
• Support posted orders and location rules while communicating with site personnel visitors and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
