What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report conditions per post orders and chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility yard areas loading docks and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification verifying visitor and driver information and directing deliveries to approved areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols access activity incidents and unusual conditions and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
