Job Summary

Performing work conscientiously and diligently and adhering to applicable procedures and supervisors instructions within the scope of the job performed.

Correct timely and effective execution of customer service tasks in inbound traffic related to the following activities:

  • Receiving monitoring and providing information on order fulfillment

  • Providing information on products and services offered and commercial offerings

  • Providing information on ongoing marketing campaigns

  • Assisting in resolving problems and accepting complaints and returns

  • Providing technical support for multimedia products

Outbound traffic related to the following activities:

  • Verifying and completing personal and marketing data

  • Conducting market research and marketing studies

  • Providing information on new products and promotional campaigns

  • Inviting customers to meetings
