Job Summary
us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration Supply Chain International Relations or a related field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe. Language requirement: You speak fluently English and French. Expected start date: As soon as possible. Duration: 3 months. Work arrangements: Hybrid. Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment. Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed. As an intern you will support the Supranational Supply team in its daily operations and interactions with major global health organizations (e.g. UNICEF WHO and other international partners). Your responsibilities will include: Assist in operational supply activities helping to coordinate product availability shipments and documentation. Support commercial processes such as preparing offers tracking orders and contributing to follow-up contracts. Contribute to customer management helping monitor requests respond to inquiries and support ongoing partnerships with global health organizations. Participate in cross-functional collaboration working closely with teams such as Supply Chain Customer Service Finance and Commercial Operations. Help ensure alignment with contractual commitments supporting the team in delivering accurate and timely information. Take part in process improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or enhance tools and documentation. Gain exposure to international public health operations learning how supply and commercial strategies contribute to delivering vaccines and health products globally. Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity Excellent communication skills that help you influence Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and digital collaboration tools.
