Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists and supports Analysts Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Delphi/CRS group block process for Group Sales team (block rooms enter rates concessions attrition room block review info comments etc. according to contracts).
Analyze and respond to group inventory inquiries from Loews Reservations team Loews Event Managers and Group Sales Managers.
Process other group inventory-related tasks (contract addendums reduction letters room block reviews cut-off date management booking FAM and UPRV groups etc.).
Assist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (inventory audits room reservations SOP documents etc.).
Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1 years of hospitality/hotel/sales experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
