POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Sales Associate Platform
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Retail
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same As a Sales Associate youll be at the heart of the customer experiencewelcoming travelers from around the world driving sales and keeping the store running smoothly.
In this role youll create a friendly high-energy environment while delivering exceptional service maintaining store standards and helping customers find exactly what they needquickly and efficiently.
WHAT YOULL DO
Deliver a customer-first experience by greeting assisting and thanking every guest
Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Promote current offers products and services to enhance the customer experience
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment
Support inventory tasks including receiving stocking and cycle counts
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals
Follow all cash handling safety and loss prevention procedures
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Experience in retail or customer service (preferred not required if youve got the right attitude)
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-traffic environment
Reliable adaptable and able to multitask with ease
Comfortable working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
