We are seeking aRegional Civil DesignEngineertosupport theNorth AmericanTarkett Sports Design team. TheRegional Civil Design Engineerwill be workingremotely with alocationpreferenceinthe Mountainregion.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Design the Regional Civil Design Engineer will be working with the Sales and Construction teams and learn the process of athletic facility design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to lead production permitting and performing stormwater design and calculationsutilizingHydroCADand/orHydraflowfor hydraulics and hydrology tasks. Work will be for all levels of athletic facility and accompanying infrastructure design and construction.

WhatYoullDo:

• Prepare civil design/construction plans including notes details plan and profile sheets and cross-sections.

• Create andsubmitprojectpermittingpackagesto regulatory authorities.

• Develop construction cost estimatesfor budgeting and financial planning.

• Perform water sewer and stormwater design calculationsfor athletic facility development.

• Prepare technical reports memos andexhibitsto support project documentation.

• Conduct research and select technical reference datafor project specifications.

• Support the sales teamwith concept designs and sales meetings with clients.

• Highly communicative rolemust be comfortable interacting withjurisdictions peers clients and supervisorsto ensure project success.

• Ensure compliancewith company safety regulations standard operating procedures and quality standards.

• Collaborate with installation crews subcontractors and sales teamsto resolve technical and operational challenges.

• Review and approve subcontractor invoicesandassistproject managers in billing design and engineering tasks.

• Oversee project closeout including Certificates of Completion As-Builts and final checklists.

• Provide subject matterexpertiseto sales and customers to secure contracts.

What you need for success:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineeringor a related field or a technical school degree with equivalent experience.

• Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred withabilityfor licensurereciprocity in North America.

• Experience in civil site design including site layout grading drainage water sewer earthwork and sediment control preferred.

• Proficiencyin AutoCAD Civil 3Dfordrafting and design.

• Strong multitasking and crisis management skills including handling customer service demandsconstructionRFIs and installation challenges.

• Experience with bidding and estimating processes ensuring proper budget allocation and projectscopecompletion.

• Ability to track projectsandmaintaincommunication with project teams customers and sales throughout execution.

• Knowledge of material complianceand subcontractor coordination including visiting regional aggregate quarries and civil partners.
