Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative for a healthcare setting. This role requires strong communication skills bilingual proficiency (as required by the facility) and prior call center experience. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns effectively

  • Provide service-related and basic technical support

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in system databases

  • Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

  • Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience

  • Bilingual proficiency (as required by the facility)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent active listening abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Comfortable handling high call volumes

  • Proficient in basic computer applications
