This role requires strong communication skills bilingual proficiency (as required by the facility) and prior call center experience. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
Provide service-related and basic technical support
Accurately document all customer interactions in system databases
Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of call center experience
Bilingual proficiency (as required by the facility)
High School Diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening abilities
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Proficient in basic computer applications
