Job Summary
The Security Officer inspects monitors controls and patrols work sites an assigned facility and/or people and may be expected to collect and complete paperwork. Maintains security at all hospital outlets. The position relies on guidelines and some experience and judgment to complete job and works under general supervision.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience:
5 years of good driving experience: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and zero DUI convictions or reckless driving convictions; periodic motor vehicle/ driving record checks may be obtained throughout employment
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification:
Must obtain the following: Certified Healthcare Basic Security Officer (International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety)
Licensure:
Valid LA drivers license (or must obtain one within probationary employment period if coming from out of state)
